Belden is originally an American company specialising in the production of cables and wires. They mainly operate in media, entertainment and aerospace sectors. Projects for which they also produce broadcast and communication cables include the Olympic Games and the World Cup football. The company employs 200 people in Venlo, divided over two sites; the Plant and the Distribution Centre.
What do we offer?
- Gross hourly wage between €18,90 and €19,65 (including shift and ADV allowances)
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre

Who are we looking for?
Belden is looking for operators, these may also be experienced production workers with a technical background. As an operator, you will operate machines that produce cables and wires. You will also perform measurements to ensure quality and make adjustments during the processes. Through on-the-job training, you will learn all about the machine over a 3-month period.
Your work is carried out in a 2-shift operation.
- Morning shift (06:00 - 14:00)
- Afternoon shift (14:00 - 22:00)
It is important for safety measures that you understand and speak the Dutch language.
