As a Customer Service Representative for Polartec in Maastricht, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing for international clients while providing essential administrative and sales support to the customer service and sales team. Your contribution is vital to Account Managers and serves as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries related to order processing and order status, with the ultimate aim of nurturing long-term client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Order Processing Excellence: You meticulously manage incoming orders for global brands using SAP, overseeing the entire process from order entry to shipping and providing post-sales support.
  • Streamlining Customer Service: Assist the customer service team in processing new material requests and establishing new customer files to ensure efficient operations.
  • Sample Coordination: On client requests, coordinate the provision of product samples and technical data sheets. You diligently record sample requests and manage their timely shipment.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate master data within SAP and generate insightful sales reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline administrative processes for handling customer complaints effectively.
  • Effective Internal Liaison: Foster productive communication with various internal departments, including production sites and the supply chain, to obtain essential information related to customer queries, orders, and product details.
  • Colleague Support: Stand ready to provide backup support to colleagues during their absences, vacations, or training periods.
